Hi, my name is Lynn Pierce, and at 52 I was able to take off 25 pounds that were
driving me crazy and I've kept it off for the last 9 years...
Wait, before I tell you about how I did that, I want you to know that having an ageless body is way more than losing those extra pounds. It's about your overall health and vitality. It's about having the energy to live a life filled with fun and new adventures.
It's about being more creative and effective in your life and business because your brain function is clear, not foggy. Your memory is on point. You have the focus and stamina to easily get through a long day.
You can run and play with the kids or your dog without being tired or out of breath. And you can go up a couple flights of stairs without holding on to the railing.
Let's get real here...
You want to travel, but it's sure no fun if you don't have the energy to do what you want, or if your body is not in shape to take you where you want to go. You don't want to hold anyone back, and you also don't want to be left behind while everyone else is out having fun.
You need an ageless body if you want to see the world and do all the things each location has to offer.
So, now that we're clear that I'm talking about more that weight lose, let's get back to how I did that part. :-)
Here I was, 25 pounds overweight. Everything I put on was beyond tight. I refused to buy bigger clothes because I knew I could get this weight off. I'd been saying that for a couple years now.
I had already gone up more than a few bra sizes, but the clothes, no way. I would live with the muffin top before I'd admit I needed to go up a size. This was only temporary...depending on what your definition of temporary was.
I was completely frustrated, and then in almost a moment of desperation, I decided to try something crazy - and within 7 days, people were commenting on how I looked like I had lost some weight...
And within a few months, all the extra weight was gone!
I thought about it, and once I figured out exactly how this happened, I knew this was really cool because I thought other people could do it exactly like I did.
